Mini-Grant Application Form

Mary Kuperman

Grants $100 - $500 avalilable to new and experienced teachers who want to enhance their classroom curriculum with a new idea or an outstanding program.

Criteria: Applicant must:

1. Be credential with a minumum of two years teaching.

2. Be a current SCCRC member.

3. Submit two letters of support/recommendation; one from a school administrator and the second from either a colleague, a student's parent, or another administrator.

1. What do you propose to do with the Mini-Grant money?

2. Budget: Itemize how you would use a grant.

NOTE: Mini-Grant may not be used for travel or living expenses. It may be used for registration, tuition, professional materials, etc.

3. What is your purpose or learning objective?

Mini-grant recipients must write a grant-implementation summary suitable for SCCRC Newsletter publication.

The summary must be submitted no later than March 1, 2010.

If I am awarded an SCCRC Mini-Grant, I agree to submit the requested summary by March 1, 2010.
