College Credit

Please Remember
* Registration ONLY available on Friday, January 13

* Register between 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and
9:00 p.m.to 10:00 p.m.

* Payment must be made by check - NO CASH OR CREDIT CARD!!

* The cashier's office will not accept a check written by persons with a last name that is different from the person registering.

* Checks must be payable to: San Jose State University

* Be sure to fill out the registration form correctly. There will be a sample posted.

* 1.0 Continuing Education Unit (CEU) is available. The registration fee is not known at this time. Last year's amount was $60.00.
